DISCLAIMER
Third Siders are committed to supporting their neighbors and community in upholding community agreements. Support in this context can mean listening, coaching, challenging, or suggesting. With the goal of supporting people to do their best to stay engaged with all parties, the process, and resources. Third Siders have a number of processes they can create and facilitate.
There are situations though where Third Siders support is not appropriate. In these situations, Third Siders will make a clear statement about how their support is changing, that their support is not appropriate and why or that their support is ending and for what reasons. Third Siders have criteria for being involved and that criteria is explained below. (we need to work on this)
There are also situations where those involved feel like the Conflict Resolution Process as it happens at Nyland has been exhausted and so there would be agreement by all to end the process.

Finally, if the situation starts to involve legal and financial issues with the community, Third Siders will end their role given that they are members of the Nyland community with influence and interests.

When ending their involvement, Third Siders will share any recommendations they feel are appropriate for additional support
